Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Social Scheduler. By creating an account, connecting a channel, or using the app in any way, you agree to these terms.

1) Who these terms apply to

Social Scheduler is offered as a pre-production product. These terms apply to every person or team using the web app and every workspace created in the system. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

2) Accounts and workspace responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all actions taken under your account. You must keep profile and contact information up to date and ensure authorized people only can access your workspace.

You must use the service for lawful content and lawful workflow behavior. We do not allow use that is unlawful, fraudulent, spam-like, or abusive.

3) Channel connections and publishing

You remain responsible for the content you create or schedule. We can assist with preparation and delivery, but provider moderation and platform rules may still reject or limit posts.

For critical publishing windows, review queued content and timezone handling beforehand. Provider outages, rate limits, and permission changes can delay or block delivery even when the scheduler is operating normally.

4) Service availability and limits

This is an early-stage product. Features, behaviors, and flows can evolve quickly, and we may suspend, limit, or modify parts of the service for maintenance, safety, and reliability.

Some provider integrations are experimental and may require occasional reauthorization. You acknowledge that not all features are final until launch.

5) Intellectual property and user content

You keep ownership of drafts, media, and posting ideas. You grant Social Scheduler a limited operational license to process your content for scheduling and publishing only.

You confirm you have rights to all content and media you submit. If any content includes third-party material, you are responsible for permissions and compliance.

6) Privacy and data handling

Personal information handling is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for using secure credentials on connected channels and for revoking access when team access changes.

7) Payments and billing status

Billing workflows are not active in this phase. Any future paid plans or usage limits will be announced before activation and added here through this terms page.

8) Disclaimer and limitations

The service is provided as-is and as-available during pre-production. To the extent allowed by law, Social Scheduler is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from external provider failures.

Liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you in the last thirty days for access linked to that claim, where applicable.

9) Contact and support

For legal, account, or policy questions, contact us through the Contact page. Support responses are handled via the published channels and the form available on the platform.
